Furniture Restoration Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Restoration Craftsman to join our team at Dufresne Spencer Group, LLC. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for restoring and refinishing furniture to its original condition.

This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be working with a variety of materials, including wood, leather, and upholstery, and will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

• Restore and refinish furniture to its original condition, including repairing and replacing mechanisms and upholstery.
• Determine whether furniture can be repaired or must be replaced.
• Record completed repairs and any further repairs needed on service call tickets.
• Notify the Guest Response Team and DC Manager of repeated item issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area/service truck.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in furniture restoration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of practical work experience in furniture restoration, including upholstery, leather repairs, and wood refinishing.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently in a team environment.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
