- Education: Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 5+ years of progressive leadership experience and 2+ years of direct leadership over supervisors.
- Skills: Knowledge of equipment theory and history, electrical operations, advanced process controls, power generation, hydraulics, pneumatics, thermodynamics, welding, machining, and maintenance scheduling.
