Job Title: RCFE Administrator

Lakewood Villa Care Center is seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Facility Administrator to lead our team in providing exceptional care to adults with significant medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage staff providing direct care to residents
  • Implement a stewardship-focused management style to drive staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with RCFE Administrator Certificate requirements in California
  • Collaborate with the Director of Residential Services to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

  • Valid RCFE Administrator Certificate in California
  • Strong business administration background and experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience
  • Full-time, salaried exempt position with a 45-55 hour expected work week
  • Benefits package available for discussion during interview
