Lakewood Villa Care Center is looking for a Residential Care Facility Administrator with strong operations leadership capabilities to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide superior care through thoughtful and compensation treatment for adults experiencing significant medical issues. The RCFE administrator will be a major contributor to leading staff towards this mission.

The administrator will supervise and manage the staff who provide direct care to our residents. We are searching for a leader with a stewardship focused management style, along with a background and experience in business administration.

The administrator is required to have an RCFE Administrator Certificate valid in California

Reports to: Director of Residential Services

Full time, salaried exempt position with a 45- 55 hour expected work week. If staffing issues or emergencies arise the Administrator will be required to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: $45,000 - 55,000 based on experience
