Key Responsibilities- Subcontractor Prequalification
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential subcontractors' capabilities, experience, and performance history.
- Evaluate subcontractors' compliance with safety regulations, insurance coverage, and environmental standards.
- Contract Administration
- Oversee the administration of the subcontracting process, including contract compliance, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and partners to resolve contract-related issues and disputes promptly.
- Risk Management
- Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with subcontractor relationships.
- Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks through effective prequalification criteria and contractual terms.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor prequalification documentation, including licenses, certifications, and insurance policies.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with all federal, state, legal, financial, health, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in subcontractor management, prequalification, financial analysis, or procurement within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial ratios.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $133,000, with an average starting salary in the 40th percentile range, commensurate with experience and training.
