Nurse Practitioner

About the Job:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop comprehensive care plans. Collaborate with physicians to ensure effective treatment and provide education to patients and families on self-care skills and medication management.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice.
- Establish patient care goals and promote independence through teaching and guidance.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of nursing with a current Georgia nursing license.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
