Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator is a vital member of our team at Cascadia Senior Living, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and directories, including employee and department information.
  • Operating the company phone system, receiving and connecting calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Ensuring the reception area remains clean and safe, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
