Job Title: Field Sales Representative

About Us: 4WARD Marketing Group is dedicated to creating positive change in our community. We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to foster meaningful connections with potential donors and inspire ongoing support for our impactful initiatives.

Position Overview: As the Field Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in conducting face-to-face interactions in various community settings, sharing our mission and cultivating recurring donor relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Donor Engagement: Engage with individuals in the community through in-person interactions, providing information about our organization and the benefits of becoming a recurring donor.
  • Build Rapport and Relationships: Build rapport and relationships with potential donors to inspire ongoing support.
  • Direct Outreach Strategies: Develop and execute direct outreach strategies to maximize donor sign-ups and contributions.
  • Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate field outreach efforts with broader organizational campaigns.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions, and provide regular reports on field outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for Non-Profit Work: Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a strong commitment to community causes.
  • Past Customer Service Experience: Past customer service or any professional experience.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Weekly Pay Basis: Weekly pay basis - base salary + commission.
