We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Grade Checker to join our team at RTG Investment LLC.
The successful candidate will have experience with survey equipment and GPS technology, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with equipment operators.
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting grade stakes and marks, using survey equipment to check and stake according to grade specifications, and signaling equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
They will also need to measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
We require a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a grade checker in mass and fine grading.
