Job Overview

At RTG Investment LLC, we are seeking a skilled Site Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting Construction Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Checking Grade Stakes: Verify the accuracy of grade stakes and marks to ensure proper alignment and leveling.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably as a grade checker.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of survey equipment, GPS technology, and construction principles.
