Responsibilities
  • Supervise the delivery of care and services to residents, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations and accepted standards of care.
  • Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates, making work assignments and meeting with associates regularly to identify and correct problem areas.
  • Administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, and respond to changes in resident condition or other circumstances requiring special care needs.
  • Perform first aid as required and other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency, as required by state regulations.
  • CPR/AED certified.
  • At least one year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care setting.
  • Positive Criminal Background Screening.
