**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Pro Spine and Pain. As an Advanced Pain Management Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive pain management services.

You will be responsible for conducting physicals, collaborating with medical professionals, monitoring treatment plans, and prescribing medications as needed. Your expertise in pain management will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

**Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and take detailed medical histories

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Prescribe medications and perform procedures in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations

• Order diagnostic tests and interpret results

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate them about their treatment options and promote healthy habits

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Wisconsin (if Nurse Practitioner)

• BLS certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire; ACLS certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting health education

**Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
