Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising and Stocking Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our members have access to the products they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and receive merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stock and arrange merchandise on shelves and in the backroom, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level
  • Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that members have a positive shopping experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
