Job SummaryWe are seeking a mid-level associate to join our finance group in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs, preferably from a direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong analytical and writing skills to support the finance group
- Exercise attention to detail and good business judgment in all aspects of the role
- Develop excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals
- JD degree and bar admission in the jurisdiction of application
- Minimum 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred
