Office Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee for Office Management to join our team at Omega Ventures. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial activities and develop your skills in areas such as cost accounting, invoicing, and business transactions.

• Process and manage business transactions using our cost accounting system
• Allocate and monitor incoming payments and invoices
• Support colleagues from various departments in the implementation of their projects
• Independently handle smaller projects and tasks
• Document and communicate with internal and external business partners
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

• Completion of secondary school, technical college, or high school diploma
• Good grades in German and mathematics
• Enjoyment of commercial activities and a strong interest in business processes
