**Salary**

The estimated salary for this role is $32.90 - $37.20 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

As a salaried professional, you can expect a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision insurance, voluntary benefits, short- and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and basic accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage.

**Job Description**

This role involves working as a key member of the client team, collaborating with financial advisors to provide exceptional client experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include deepening relationships with existing clients, gathering information to open new accounts, researching portfolio performance, and making recommendations to financial advisors.

You will also execute buy/sell orders, answer general client questions, actively business plan, and continually develop yourself to grow personally and professionally.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Three to five years of relevant experience in the securities/financial services industry is also desirable.

You must hold Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, which may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned study period.

State insurance licenses are also required, and you must complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities.

FINRA registrations are required within three months, and you must complete required CE training to ensure your license(s) remain in good standing.
