Job Title: Senior Lead Cybersecurity Engineer



Job Summary:



We are seeking a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cybersecurity strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with our security teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, and develop and implement measures to protect our systems and data.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement measures to protect our systems and data from potential security risks.
  • Work closely with our security teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement security controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our development teams to ensure that all software and systems are designed and implemented with security in mind.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that our cybersecurity initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and develop and implement strategies to address these threats.


Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with a strong focus on security engineering, penetration testing, and security architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
