We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Employee Communications Strategist to lead our global employee communication function. As a key member of our Global Corporate Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive employee communication strategy that drives engagement, builds a cohesive company culture, and establishes effective processes for collaborating with executive leaders and the People organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global employee communication strategy that aligns with the company's priorities and objectives.
- Lead a content team responsible for sourcing, creating, and publishing content that informs, inspires, and motivates employees.
- Partner with our People teams to provide senior counsel on best practices for global communications programs that support key HR functions and align with a cohesive narrative and brand.
- Use timely, targeted communications to address important/pressing questions related to key organizational changes and transformations.
- Drive innovative approaches that leverage technology to deliver key messages and narratives in more efficient and effective ways and reach a diverse employee base located all around the world.
- Collaborate across the Global Corporate Marketing, People Solutions, and other functions to deliver intended outcomes.
- Lead a content team creating news- and social-media-style coverage that tells the company's story through our People, programs, and processes for internal and external communications channels.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
