The role of Enterprise Print System Administrator is critical to ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our organization's print infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will design, implement, and maintain Windows print server infrastructure, ensuring seamless printing across the organization.

Detailed Job Responsibilities
  • Print Server Management: Design and implement Windows print server infrastructure, managing print queues, drivers, and printer deployments across the organization.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot complex printing issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Security and Compliance: Configure and maintain print security policies and access controls to protect sensitive information.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor print server performance and implement optimizations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Windows server administration, with a focus on print services.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and print management, experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy as it relates to printer deployment.
  • Certifications: Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire, TS/SCI Clearance required and eligibility to obtain CI Poly.
