Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Process Guest Orders: Accurately process guest orders to ensure proper recording of sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Handle Monies and Tender: Accurately handle all monies and tender to ensure proper accounting of all transactions and maintain a secure and organized work environment.
  3. Bag Guest Orders: Properly bag guest orders, place in cart or hand to guest, and follow the Floco Foods carryout practices to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  4. Work with Team Members: Work well with all team members to grow our community and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Maintain Clean Work Area: Continually maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.
  6. Direct Guests: Direct guests into their lane to maintain guest flow and achieve the Guest Arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one lane to checkout.
  7. Maintain Cash Controls: Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink and ensure the integrity of our financial systems.
  8. Perform Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of our team and the company.
Qualifications
  1. Friendly and Outgoing Personality: Possess a friendly and outgoing personality to provide exceptional customer service and interact with guests in a positive and professional manner.
  2. Ability to Work Well with Others: Ability to work well with others to achieve common goals and provide a positive and supportive work environment.
  3. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
  4. Math Skills: Demonstrate successful use of math skills to accurately process transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Effective Communication: Possess effective communication and guest service skills to provide exceptional customer service and interact with guests in a positive and professional manner.
  6. Ability to Retrieve and Push Shopping Carts: Ability to retrieve and push shopping carts to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
  7. Ability to Bend and Lift: Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into cars.
