Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Fit Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their fitness journey
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment that promotes a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
