Your Responsibilities:
- Support extensive IAM initiatives for diverse clients, focusing on the identity lifecycle and access requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain systems that authenticate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing critical resources.
- Utilize enterprise-level solutions to facilitate secure access while promoting operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ICAM, security operations, and security architecture.
- Familiarity with directory services administration, particularly LDAP-compliant systems like Active Directory.
- Experience with commercial IAM solutions such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity.
- Knowledge of implementing PKI and PIV standards.
- Expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with IAM solutions in cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles in the identity management domain, including zero trust and role-based access control (RBAC).
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience, including complex problem-solving and performance management.
- Experience with COTS IAM tools and scripting languages such as JSON and Groovy.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools like Splunk or Azure Monitor Log Analytics.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting processes for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
