Key Responsibilities- Lead innovative engineering designs and strategies that enhance sustainability and efficiency, applying your expertise to complex environmental remediation and fast-paced civil engineering initiatives.
- Champion interdisciplinary collaboration, bringing together diverse talents from engineering, geology, and environmental science to deliver cutting-edge solutions to pressing environmental and civil engineering issues.
- Drive project execution from conception to completion, overseeing details to align with scope, timeline, and fiscal projections, while providing mentorship to emerging talents within the engineering team.
- Spearhead client relations and project development, utilizing your insightful industry knowledge to cultivate trust and secure future business opportunities for long-term organizational growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 8+ years of qualifying engineering experience working in the engineering/design field.
- Possession, eligibility, or interest in obtaining a professional engineering license.
- Mastered engineering fundamentals and in utilizing various computer software packages and engineering and design equipment specific to the engineering discipline of expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works very effectively in teams and at times is a primary team coordinator.
