Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and hearing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients referred by a licensed physician to determine the need for speech therapy services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' speech, language, and hearing needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Comply with hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations governing speech therapy services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)-accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
