About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As a key member of our Imaging Services department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic x-ray medical procedures and C-Arm procedures for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients and rooms for procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
  • Assist radiologists in fluoroscopic procedures, applying technical skills to capture high-quality images
  • Capture proper charges on a daily basis, maintaining accurate records
  • Perform related work as required, including quality control and supervision of departmental activities
Requirements
  • Completion of a 24-month School of Radiologic Technology program, recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • CRT in Radiologic Technology and Fluoroscopy
  • Hospital Mandatory Education Requirements, including Orientation, Environment of Care, OSHA, Infection Control, Abuse/Neglect, and Ethics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload and establish effective working relationships across the Health System
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting
  • ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology
  • Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
