HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures using advanced technology and equipment.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging and therapeutic procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nuclear medicine technology and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited nuclear school of medicine or an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Relevant experience in nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
