We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our well-established and growing practice in Highland, IL and Breese, IL.
Practice Highlights- Well-established practice with a patient panel waiting for you
- Support staff available for each provider
- On-site access for many labs, scans, and other point of care testing needs
- Strong Specialty Care Support
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- 2+ years of prior practicing experience preferred, but not required
- Monday - Friday weekly schedule with an option of either working 4 or 5 days per week
- Minimal call through group shared call - phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic
- EPIC EMR
- 2 year base guarantee
- 20 days off + 6 holidays per year
- 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays
- CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year
