Responsibilities
  • Meal Support: Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Housekeeping and Laundry: Maintain a clean and comfortable environment by performing daily housekeeping duties, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming, as well as washing and drying clothing and linens for residents.
  • Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Transportation: Safely transport residents to and from meals, appointments, and activities, using wheelchairs and other mobility aids as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining resident records.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote social interaction and well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Must be certified in Medication Administration, Standard Precautions, First Aid, and Choking within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk constantly, with frequent lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
