We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our Customer Service Center to oversee operations during the 3rd shift. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

VASCOR (Value Added Service Corp.) is a well-established Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, recognized for our commitment to excellence in supply chain management. Our extensive experience spans multiple industries, supported by our global partnerships and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a continuous three-shift operation within the Customer Service Center.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to Operations Coordinators during your designated shift.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with over 400 partner carrier drivers to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor operational plans to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate safety, productivity, and budgetary goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and approve timesheets for direct reports.
  • Identify and address operational challenges through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands.
