**Job Summary**
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
