About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Instrument Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting in the upkeep of our store inventory. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through quality work and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
• Assist in the upkeep of store inventory
• Develop knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
• Train learners and communicate information effectively
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to develop knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
