As a Master Luthier at Guitar Center, you will play a critical role in providing expert maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting with the upkeep of store inventory.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including a deep understanding of guitar repair and maintenance. You'll also have the ability to develop knowledge and skills in areas such as product knowledge, sales, and leadership. Training is a key aspect of this role, and you'll have the opportunity to effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques to ensure they're retained.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, mental health support, paid sick/holiday/vacation time, employee discount program, and tuition reimbursement options.
