Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical-surgical team at Odessa Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will also communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association. Additionally, you will need to obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
