Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Coordinator to join our Store Development team at Sheetz, Inc. This role will provide critical support services to real estate and entitlement within a Regional department, working closely with the Director of real estate and Regional Entitlement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Scheduling: Enter all budget and schedule changes into project management software for assigned regions.
  • Project Progress Reporting: Prepare project progress reports highlighting potential project schedule delays not in alignment with Store Development growth goals.
  • Project Update Calls: Participate in project update calls to monitor project health against project schedules and provide updates to senior management.
  • Project Schedule Updates: Maintain ongoing project schedule updates and changes within Project management software and report out on variances and changes.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain balanced project schedules meeting internal department capabilities and timelines that align with Sheetz growth goals within assigned regions.
  • Project Management Software Administration: Administer Project management software and facilitate the training of the software to new employees and provide refresh tutorials for existing employees.
  • Invoice Processing: Receive and code all invoices for assigned regions.
  • Bonding Work: Responsible for all bonding work needed within assigned regions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' project management or administrative support experience required; prior project scheduling experience in a construction environment preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
