About the Role

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Northampton, MA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing behavior intervention programs to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address individual student needs
  • Train and supervise staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), to ensure effective implementation of BIPs
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to develop individualized goals and objectives for students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust BIPs as needed
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts (if applicable)
  • Minimum 1+ years experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and school staff
