Key Responsibilities- Lead Clinic Staff: Provide guidance and support to X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
- Patient Chart Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and forwarding them as necessary.
- Clinical Protocols: Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Diagnostic Testing: Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Therapeutic Procedures: Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Patient Analysis: Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in community events and outreach programs.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Education: Masters Degree in Nursing.
