Family Nurse Practitioner
OverviewFast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinic staff, and implementing clinical protocols. Responsibilities- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Implement clinical protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and educating patients on continued treatment and care.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including wound care and infection management.
- Analyze and interpret patient data, developing appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
