Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest repair requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Implement repairs and maintenance tasks as required, using knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inventory management and requisitioning of parts and supplies.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering/maintenance.
  • No supervisory experience required.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
  • Meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements.
