Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop computer system solutions to solve complex problems and systems related to the power generation business.
- Apply appropriate software quality assurance principles for configuration management system software.
- Develop computer and information system plans that capitalize on the current installed technology base and prudently employ new technology where appropriate.
- Provide customer support and services for problem reporting, and service requests and inquiries.
- Develop and provide training to end users on assigned systems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with applying security controls to assets at a generation site.
- Experience with the operation or engineering of a generation unit.
- Experience with control systems security, security architecture, network security engineering or secure network development experience with electric power utilities.
- Experience with PI, OPC & Modbus Interfaces.
- Experience in implementing security control policy and procedures.
- Knowledge of the operation of the electric power and/or generation systems.
- Knowledge of system hardening, patch management, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of security controls testing, security audits, and security assessments.
- Knowledge of fraud and computer forensics.
- Knowledge and understanding of NIST controls.
