Drilling Operations Specialist

At Continental Drilling & Service, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operator-CDL Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for mobilizing and demobilizing equipment to and from job sites, assisting operations in manual labor and equipment operation, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our drilling rigs and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate pump hoist and commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform manual labor duties, including equipment operation and maintenance
- Follow all company standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of critical spares on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Maintain a clear driver's license in compliance with all DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of commercial vehicles
- Ensure equipment is kept clean and orderly at all times
- Current Class A CDL with no restrictions
- Strong organizational and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Pump Hoist/Water Well experience preferred
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and move heavy equipment, and work in a variety of weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with moderate to high noise levels.
