As an Industrial Production Specialist, you will be responsible for producing lightweight additives for industrial use, operating forklifts to stage raw materials for batches, and performing quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce lightweight additives for industrial use
  • Operate forklifts to stage raw materials for batches
  • Measure, lift, and pour bags of materials into hoppers to create batches
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications
  • Operate packaging machines to fill drums and boxes
  • Maintain good housekeeping, including ensuring recyclable materials are broken down and placed in loading area, and ensuring pallets are stocked for loading materials

Requirements:

  • Forklift experience and ability to pass forklift certification required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently, stand for long periods, and climb stairs regularly
  • Reliability is key. Be at work each day and on-time
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work in a safe manner and follow safety rules
  • Ability to train on 1st shift and ability to work Saturday overtime as needed
