About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Holman Inc. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for conducting routine service on vehicles, diagnosing and completing repairs on customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine service on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and complete repairs on customer vehicles, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Work closely with the Parts Department and Service Advisor to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain current product and technical knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Estimate time of service or repair job for purposes of efficient scheduling.
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Automotive technical experience and/or technical school program experience required.
  • Current valid driver's license.
  • Good reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
