Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Veterans Prime, Inc. in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning, analysis, and timely completion of activities.
  • Install mechanical equipment and systems using a variety of hand tools.
  • Ensure adherence to internal contracting processes and company policies.
  • Manage assigned inventory and company equipment.
  • Generate sales leads and forward to appropriate personnel.
  • Document work and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate and interact with customers and their representatives.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent with five years of experience installing HVAC systems, or seven years of field experience in HVAC.
  • Must possess basic language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Work Environment
  • Work is primarily conducted in-shop with minimal travel (less than 10%, no overnights).
  • Shifts available: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and 1:00 PM-10:00 PM ($1/hour shift differential).
