We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Apparel Technical Designer to join our team in Westminster, CO. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain fit base libraries, How to Measure manuals, and design and fit intent into bulk productions.
  • Develop and execute commercially viable tech packs in PLM, ensuring brand integrity and quality standards.
  • Manage time and multiple projects to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical design and product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in technical design and product development.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with pattern-making, grading, construction, and fit expertise.
  • Expertise in fabrics, construction, finishes, fitting, trims, and techniques.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and excellent intrapersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
