Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse is a key member of the healthcare team at Dartmouth Health, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of nursing practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
Mentor and educate colleagues to enhance nursing practice and patient care
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire
