We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team at Medical Services of America Home Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote mobility and function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year of verifiable physical therapy experience.
- Home Health experience preferred.
