Quality Assurance Inspector

MV Transportation is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with state and federal regulations and corporate policies.
Responsibilities:- Perform monthly vehicle audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Conduct inspections of client files, fleet records, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize inspection forms, procedures, and check-off sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Inspect for contract adherence, SOP adherence, training adherence, safety, and OSHA adherence.
- Perform facility inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Document findings and maintain records of inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably in diesel repair.
- ASE certification in two or more areas, with experience in preventative maintenance, brakes systems, and/or a combination of training and experience in these areas.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Class B CDL with P endorsement.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Clean motor vehicle report.
- Ability to work equally in a team environment and individually.
- Proficient computer skills, including Windows-based computer operating systems and Microsoft Office packages.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of local training programs and local operations.
- Knowledge of project-specific vehicles, components, and data/communications systems.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with all departments.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide appropriate supervision and follow-up to department staff.
- Strong analytical skills.
