We're seeking a Quality Receiving Inspector I to join our team in Sylmar, CA. As a Quality Receiving Inspector I, you'll perform inspection and testing of purchased materials, components, and products in accordance with policy and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures.
  • Recording inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures.
  • Operating all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures.
  • Recommending changes to policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and submitting change requests.
  • Documenting non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system.
  • Participating in GR&R studies as directed by engineers or technicians.
  • Collecting data for First Article inspections.
  • Performing testing and inspection in accordance with special test requests.
  • Training other Inspectors.
  • Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and trending of data.
