Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
