Providence RN Residency Program

Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Medford Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.

Program Overview

Our RN Residency Program provides the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. You will learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.

Eligibility

Recent graduated RNs with less than 12 months of experience are eligible to apply. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are eager to learn and grow in their nursing career.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred Qualification

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated
